We do not require a contract. We will send you a “service agreement” via Docusign that will allow us to enter your property for service.
We ask that all cancellations be made 48 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance you are subject to a 50% service charge.
No, we can service your yard as long as your pet is inside and any gate is unlocked. If you have a code, please provide that to our office via call, text or email. If your gate is locked and we cannot reach you for service we may charge for the visit.
It can, yes. Rates on the website are for a service area of up to 1 acre. If you would like us to cover a larger area please contact us for a quote.
In the event of heavy rainfall, or, large storms we will contact you to reschedule service for another date/time in the same week.
